Key Characteristics & Advantages
Single O-Flute Up-Cut Geometry: The single-flute design maximizes chip clearance volume. The upward right-hand spiral pulls material and debris efficiently up and out of the cutting path. This geometry allows the machine to run faster and cooler, reducing the risk of edge-burning or chip clogging.
High Versatility: True to their "multi-purpose" designation, these bits cleanly profile a vast matrix of rigid and semi-rigid substrates. This eliminates frequent tooling changeovers. They excel at milling foamed PVC, plastics, acrylics, MDF, softwoods, and composite materials up to 20mm thick.
Tungsten Carbide Material: Formulated from micro-grain tungsten carbide, providing maximum wear-resistance, rigidity, and extended tool life when compared to standard high-speed steel.
