Here’s what those Colex part numbers are and how they relate:
T00335 – Coroplast Blade 30°
Single-edge drag blade, tungsten carbide.
Used in the dedicated Coroplast knife tool T00138.
Suitable for vinyl, paper, cardboard, foil, Sintra, styrene, and Coroplast up to 1/8 inch, plus card stock around 1 mm.
Often cross-referenced with aftermarket blade code T00335(“Coroplast Thru Cut” drag knife).
T00336 – Coroplast Blade 45°
Single-edge drag blade, tungsten carbide, 45° cutting angle, max cutting depth around 4 mm.
Also used with the T00138 Coroplast Knife tool.
Recommended for more rigid materials under about 1/16 inch: styrene, polycarbonate, PVC, etc., and also Coroplast/card stock in that range.
T00138 – Coroplast / Corrugated Knife Tool
This is the knife holder/tool for Colex Sharpcut flatbed cutters that takes the T00335/T00336 blades.
Described as a Coroplast / corrugated knife for clean cuts on fluted and corrugated materials up to roughly 3/16 inch depending on blade and setup.
Application: “Flatbed Cutter coroplast blades”
On a Colex Sharpcut (or compatible) flatbed, you would typically install T00138 in the tool head, then load either T00335 (30°) or T00336 (45°) depending on material thickness and rigidity.
