Elitron's Kombo SD/SDC and Booster series utilize specialized tungsten carbide and high-speed steel (HSS) blades designed for their multi-tool cutting heads. These machines support various cutting methods, including oscillating, drag, and V-cutting, to process materials ranging from thin films to 120mm thick rigid media.

Specialized Tooling for Series
· Kombo SD/SDC Series: Features a multi-tool head that can hold up to 5 tools. It often uses the DL 45 tool, a patented twin-blade module for creating clean 90° V-cuts in honeycomb materials in a single pass.
· Booster Series: Specifically engineered for the leather and footwear industry, its multi-tool carriage can be configured with up to 7 tools. It relies heavily on high-precision oscillating knives (like the 135502) for complex leather patterns.
· Other Tools: Besides standard knives, these systems support Kiss-cutting knives for vinyl, Rotating wheels for textiles, and Creasing wheels for packaging.
