What these blades are
The RZCUT series are precision oscillating blades made from tungsten carbide hard alloy, typically with hardness around 89–92 HRA for long service life and wear resistance.
They are manufactured to match RuiZhou automatic cutting machines in size and interface, so they drop in as direct replacements for OEM blades.
Individual model notes
RZCUT-01: General Ruizhou knife blade with typical dimensions of about 28.5 mm height, 0.63 mm thickness, 12 mm width, and 26° cutting angle, used as a standard blade on many RuiZhou cutters.
RZCUT-19: Tungsten carbide blade around 29 mm high, 0.63 mm thick, 6 mm wide, commonly used for car mats, textiles, fur, and similar flexible materials.
RZCUT-27: Tungsten steel/carbide vibration cutting blade with about 30 mm height, 6 mm width, 0.63 mm thickness, often offered in angle variants (for example 35° or 40°) to suit different cutting applications.
RZCUT-09: Listed as part of the same Ruizhou knife family and used on RuiZhou CNC cutters; it follows the same carbide oscillating design, with dimensions and angle selected for specific material thickness and edge quality needs.
Choosing between them
For general-purpose cutting on RuiZhou tables (mixed textiles, leather, cardboard), RZCUT-01 or RZCUT-27 is typically selected as the main workhorse blade.
For narrower kerf or detailed shapes in automotive mats, carpet, or fur, RZCUT-19 is commonly specified due to its narrower width and carbide durability.
When matching a blade, check your machine’s tool list or your existing blade’s code (01, 09, 19, 27, etc.) and confirm height, thickness 0.63 mm, width, and angle with the seller’s specification sheet before ordering.
