Z41 basics

· Flat oscillating knife for ZUND cutters, typically used with tools like the Electric Oscillating Tool (EOT).

· Approx. 25 mm blade height with about 4.45–5.5 mm width and 0.63 mm thickness.

· Max cutting depth about 11.3 mm, making it suitable for thicker soft materials such as foam board, corrugated cardboard, textiles, and technical fabrics.

Z42 basics

· Also a flat oscillating knife for ZUND cutters, similar application family to Z26 but with slightly different geometry.

· Max cutting depth about 7.8 mm, suited for materials like carbon fibre prepreg, carpet, corrugated cardboard, and other composites where durability and smaller pre-cut are important.
