Esko Kongsberg Bld-Sf216 Sf217 Sf238 Sf224 Knife Blade
Esko Kongsberg BLD-SF216, BLD-SF217, BLD-SF238, and BLD-SF224 are high-precision carbide single-edge knife blades. They are specifically engineered for Kongsberg cutters and are ideal for processing soft to medium materials such as paper, vinyl, foam board, and corrugated plastics.

Blade Specifications
These blades are constructed from durable tungsten carbide and are designed for use with oscillating, static, and high-force knife tools on Kongsberg cutting tables.

- BLD-SF216: This single-edge blade is optimized for softer materials like paper and vinyl with a thickness of less than 3mm. It measures approximately 25mm in length, 1mm in width, and 6mm in height. A C2 coating option is available, which can extend the blade's lifespan by up to six times.

- BLD-SF217: Similar in design to the SF216, this blade is refined for slightly thicker or more diverse soft materials. It is often sold in sets of four bundled with tool adapters.

- BLD-SF238: A versatile general-purpose blade, suitable for static knife tools, it effectively handles cuts up to 3mm. It is compatible with materials such as microflute and flexible plastics.

- BLD-SF224: Designed specifically for cutting rigid materials like folding cartons, this blade measures between 39.5mm to 40mm in length, 7mm in width, and 0.64mm in thickness, with a cutting angle of 24°. It supports a maximum cutting depth ranging from 3mm to 12mm, depending on the tool being used.

Applications of the cutting tools offered by Shenzhen Oyea Machinery Co., Ltd. are tailored to meet specific material requirements with high precision and efficiency. The BLD-SF216/217 models are specifically designed to excel in through-cutting soft and flexible sheets, including materials like vinyl and paper weighing less than 160g/m², as well as foam products with a thickness of less than 5mm. These tools deliver clean and accurate cuts, making them an ideal choice for lightweight materials.

On the other hand, the BLD-SF238/224 models are engineered to handle more robust and challenging materials, such as corrugated sheets, display boards, and rigid panels with thicknesses of up to 12mm. When paired with the advanced HiForce or VibraCut tools, these models ensure smooth, burr-free edges, which are particularly beneficial for applications requiring a high-quality finish on heavier substrates.
