M Series (Multi-Layer Cutting): Specifically designed for high-efficiency, multi-layer material processing. The MI60 model, for example, reaches running speeds up to and is used in industries like apparel, automotive interiors, and medical protective materials.
S Series (Standard/Industrial Cutting): High-performance industrial cutters used for medium to large production. This series includes models like the SL (large format, up to 5.2m wide) and SG (high efficiency with automatic tool changing). Auto-Workflow
The Auto-Workflow systems are JWei’s fully automated solutions designed for "print-to-cut" production lines. These setups aim to minimize manual labor by integrating several automated stages:
Automated Feeding: Sheets or rolls are automatically loaded onto the cutting bed from a pallet or feeder.
Precision Finishing: Uses CCD cameras and QR code recognition to automatically load cutting paths and align tools with printed artwork.
Automated Collection: Finished parts are moved via a conveyorized belt to a collection area or stacker, allowing for continuous, unattended operation.
Cutting Blades by Tool Type
The Auto-Workflow systems use interchangeable tools and blades to match material density and thickness:
Oscillating Blades: Used for tough or thick materials like leather, rubber, and corrugated board. Common models include J311-1 (up to 10mm depth) and J303 (up to 23mm depth).
